These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Paperwork application, website, and services ("Services") provided by Paperwork ("we," "our," or "us"). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

5. Team Accounts

Team owners are responsible for managing team membership and access. Content shared within a team is visible to all team members. When a member is removed from a team, they lose access to that team's content.

6. Item Expiration

Items in Paperwork may expire based on your team's configured expiration period. Expired items are removed from active views. This is a core feature of the product, not a limitation. By using the Services, you acknowledge and accept this behavior.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes.

8. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, design, text, and graphics, are owned by Paperwork and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from the Services except as expressly permitted.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paperwork shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
