The Weekly Priority Reset for Small Teams

Paperwork Team 1 min read

Small teams do not need heavy planning rituals, but they do need a weekly reset. Without one, urgent requests slowly take over and the week drifts. A short reset gives the team a clear center.

Use 30 minutes to answer three questions. What matters most this week, what can wait, and what risks could change the plan. Keep answers short and visible.

Do not fill the week with ten priorities. Pick one primary outcome and two supporting outcomes. If everything is marked important, the reset failed.

The goal is not perfect prediction. The goal is shared direction so people can make better decisions during the week.
